APICS: Basics of Supply Chain Management CBPR-170-SLI01
This class covers the fundamental concepts in managing the complete flow of materials, information, and financials in a supply chain. The class will focus on material flow, from internal and external suppliers, to and from your organization. The class is the entry level class for the APICS Certified in Production and Inventory Management Program. Course fee includes student workbook, additional readings, and the APICS certification exam.

Thursdays, 6:00 – 9:00. 10 sessions, starting January 21, exam on April 10.

APICS: Advanced Supply Chain Management CBPR-165-SLI01
Prepares students for the APICS Certified Supply Chain Professional program. Students will learn how to boost productivity, and integrate and effectively manage worldwide supply chain activities. Modules include: supply chain fundamentals, building competitive operations and logistics, managing supplier and customer relationships, and using IT to enable supply chain management. Prerequisite: APICS Certification or Bachelor’s degree in appropriate field. Course fee includes text books and access to course Website. Fee does not include computer based test. Test dates: March 13-April 10.

APICS: Detailed Scheduling and Planning: #CBPR-155-SLI01
Learn the techniques for material and capacity scheduling, the methods of inventory management, and supplier planning and relationships. The class focus is on material and capacity requirements planning for distribution and manufacturing environments. Course fee includes student workbook, additional readings, and the APICS certification exam.

APICS: Global Sourcing Workshop: #CBPR-
Navigate the complex landscape of sourcing and procurement internationally. This workshop will equip you with the skills to prepare for international procurement, evaluate potential markets, source suppliers strategically, chose logistics partners carefully, and address important cultural differences. Topics covered: global suppliers, cultural relationships, and logistics requirements. Course fee includes student workbooks.

Note that the Advanced Supply Chain Management classes are open enrollment; however, to qualify for the CSCP exam, the candidate must meet one of the following criteria:

BS or BA plus two years of related business experience
CPIM, CFPIM, CIRM or CPM designation plus two years of related business experience
Five years related business experience
