APICS: Execution and Control of Operations CBPR-2050
Learn how to prioritize and sequence work, execute work
plans and implement controls, report activity results,
and provide feedback on performance in an operations
environment. This course explains techniques for scheduling
and controlling production processes, the execution of
quality initiatives and continuous improvement plans,
and control and handling of inventories. Class is required
for the APICS CPIM certification. Course fee includes
voucher for APICS computer based exam (members only)

APICS: Lean Enterprise Certificate: CBPR-2020
Be a Lean Leader! As more organizations decide to go lean,
demand is escalating for a skilled team and system-wide
approach for developing and implementing lean project plans.
This class is organized to enable you to approach and understand
the lean transformation process systematically. Using scenarios
from a fictitious company, Murphy's Toys, you will be tasked
with finding lean solutions to a myriad of challenges.
This method will provide you with the flexibility to immediately
customize what you've learned and implement it at your
own organization. Course fee includes student workbooks.
Thursdays, 6:00-8:00, 14 sessions, starting September 9.

Management classes are open enrollment; however, to qualify
for the CSCP exam, the candidate must meet one of the following

business experience
CPIM, CFPIM, CIRM or CPM
designation plus two years of related business experience
Five years related business experience
