Prepare for the APICS Certified Supply Chain Professional program. Learn how to boost productivity and integrate and effectively manage worldwide supply chain activities.

Prerequisite: APICS Certification or Bachelor's degree in appropriate field. Course fee includes text books. Fee does not include exam, which is scheduled for December 13.

Execution and Control of Operations
CBPR-195-SLI01
Focuses on prioritizing and sequencing work, executing work plans and implementing controls, reporting activity results, and providing feedback on performance. The course explains techniques for scheduling and controlling production processes, the execution of quality initiatives and continuous improvement plans, and the control and handling of inventories. Course fee includes APICS exam, scheduled for December 13.

Distribution Inventory Management

Physical Inventory

Note that the Advanced Supply Chain Management classes are open enrollment; however, to qualify for the CSCP exam, the candidate must meet one of the following criteria:

BS or BA plus two years of related business experience
CPIM, CFPIM, CIRM or CPM designation plus two years of related business experience
Five years related business experience
